We had the pleasure of working with a local property management company to replace the roof on an apartment building near the Galleria. We replaced the entire roof and all of the old, rotten original plywood underneath. The finished product is a beautiful TPO roof surface with PVC walkways for the AC technicians to avoid damaging the roof. We also installed new metal coping and gutters which will add tremendous value to this property and provide a reliable roof for years to come.
